Crux Update

Week 1 of the playtest has wrapped up, and it's been going great so far. If you've checked out the game, thank you for playing! 
Based on my own playthroughs I've updated the PDF with the following:

• Reword the Ascent section for clarity.
• Added a narrative element to the Fall and Rest phase.
• Added a list of random events for inspiration.
